Warranty:
We offer a warranty on all New, Used, or Refurbished items that we sell to locations within the USA. Unless otherwise specified, manufacturer warranties may not be in effect. New product warranties may be referred directly to the manufacturer.
Warranty Length: Unless otherwise specified, this item comes with a 30 day warranty from the shipment date. No warranty is offered to customers outside of the USA.
Coverage: This warranty only covers repair or replacement of a defective product. In the event that the product is non-repairable and the same product is no longer in stock, we will replace the product with a similar item or refund your money.
Warranty does NOT cover misuse or mishandling of equipment. This warranty does NOT cover incompatibilities or the purchase of an incorrect item for your needs.
Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
Return Policy:
Please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your system by visiting the manufacturer's web site before purchasing any items. We assume no responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your system configuration.
If the returned product is found NOT DEFECTIVE we will return the original working part to you at your expense for the return shipping costs and you would be responsible for a testing fee of $25.
All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returned equipment MUST be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns must be received with 15 days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA is void. To request a RMA#, please write to sales@adeal.com.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow up to (5) business days for our tech team to check out your returned item.
All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
