What is a new pulled item?
A new pull item is an item that was removed from a unsold new system. It may have some minor cosmetic scratches from removal or from bulk handling. It is not packaged in a factory sealed box and it has only been used when testing for quality assurance. The ages of the item may vary depending on the manufactured date of the system.
Can I track my USPS shipments?
Yes, you can do so at www.usps.com . Please note that USPS does not provide detailed routing information. It will only inform you when the package has been shipped and when it has been delivered.
When there is no information available, it does not mean that the package has not been mailed. It just means that it has not been scanned in as having been delivered. While USPS Priority is 99% on time, it is NOT a guaranteed 2-3 days delivery service. Please do allow up to (10) working days for the package to be delivered.
When will I get my item?
We are located in Escondido, CA. Most orders ship the same day if payment arrives before 2PM PST. Orders to the West Coast typically takes between 2-4 business days, to the Midwest typically takes 3-6 business days, and East Coast typically takes 5-10 business days. Please keep in mind this is under normal shipping volumes, and does not take into consideration holidays and/or bad weather. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.
The tracking information shows the package has been delivered, but I never received it. What's up?
You may want to contact your local carrier to determine if they have seen your package, or where they may have left it. Frequently, if the carrier didn't feel that your package could be left in a reasonably secure location at your address, they will leave the package with your neighbors or your Apartment Manager for safe keeping.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, for Schools and US Government agencies only.
Do you offer a warranty/RMA on your products?

Can you ship COD?
Sorry our warehouse is not currently setup to ship COD orders.
Can I pick the item up?
We accept will-call orders by appointment only. Please contact us for details.
Does shipping include insurance?
All of our items are shipped insured, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement.
